Advanced 1 - Strengthen & enhance your skills as you now explore aerial inverts, shoulder mounting, alternate grip holds and leg switches all while increasing flexibility and stamina.
Continue to build upon your aerial and spinning moves while learning new and more technical moves and aerial combinations to strengthen your upper body, abs, back and thighs. Moves are integrated into a routine each term. This is the transition level to Advanced.
