Age appropriate warmup, strength and conditioning exercise, tricks & spins, inverting & climbing to create different shapes all while having fun and staying active. This will enhance your child’s self-confidence and physical development in a fun way while building strength and overall fitness.
Our goal is to create a safe and fun environment for kids to learn some super cool tricks!
Kids will learn a routine which they can then show their parents at showcase!
Instructors have Working with Children Checks, First Aid Certification and National Police Checks
