Learn the fundamental pole moves that will have you loving pole dancing!  Spins, leg hooks, carousels, and body rolls are combined into a fun routine. This class is all about having fun while you increase your flexibility, strength and mobility.

There are no prerequisites as you will learn techniques to condition and build your strength and flexibility.
